Perfection Plus GM, Marc Webb, has a long-standing connection
to grounds, tracing back to the first time he competitively
kicked a football as a young child. A semi-professional football
career meant Marc experienced a variety of playing surfaces
over the years, developing a first-hand appreciation of the
benefits of well-curated and tended grounds. Not only does
Marc now run a successful green keeping business; he has
developed leading apprentice educational courses, programs
and training tools designed to provide young people with a
foot into the industry, one of which won the 2016 Landscape
QLD Apprenticeship Program of The Year Award.

Marketing and accounts manager, Alexandria Lanzarote, is a valued
member of the Perfection Plus team. A successful history in
restaurant management and scheduling has equipped her with
second to none interpersonal skills, a strong organisational
proficiency and a true dedication to client satisfaction; she goes
above and beyond to ensure clients’ needs are met.

the upmost importance of safety when using chemical spray products. Their programs are
